Measuring just 1200mm x 800mm, this highly efficient stainless steel platform integrates industrial-grade ultrasonic cavitation with PLC-controlled alternating water and clean compressed air flushes. The Cause: Inconsistent Manual Washing and Cross-Contamination

When processing small batches (under 2000 units), many research facilities rely on manual or semi-manual washing methods. This introduces severe quality control vulnerabilities:

  1. Micro-Residue Failure: Manual rinsing cannot generate the necessary physical force to dislodge microscopic particulate matter or manufacturing dust stuck to the inner walls of the ampoule. This leads to immediate rejection during downstream visual clarity inspections.
