It targets large-volume manufacturers where output per hour directly determines capacity expansion cost. Every station is driven by independent servo motors synchronized through a master PLC, so speed increases do not degrade filling accuracy.

Problem

Growing market demand forces injectable producers to add capacity, but buying a second medium-speed line doubles floor space, staffing and validation cost. Simply speeding up existing equipment fails because washing dwell time and sealing residence time cannot be shortened without compromising quality. Cause

Conventional machines use one main motor with mechanical cam shafts, so all stations run at the same fixed ratio.
