High-value Life sciences formulations are notoriously fragile. Exposure to ambient oxygen during the filling process causes rapid oxidative degradation, destroying the batch's efficacy. If a filling machine lacks dynamic, localized environmental control, it cannot protect these sensitive liquids.
Furthermore, utilizing fragmented, standalone machines necessitates manual transfer of vials between the washing, sterilizing, and filling stages. This instantly breaches the sterile boundary, exposing the vials to airborne particulates and severely compromising the required SAL≤10⁻⁶ integrity.
The Lingyao engineering team resolved these stability challenges through a fully enclosed, synchronous architecture. Vials transition directly from the sterilization tunnel into the ISO Class 5 / Class 100 laminar airflow filling core without any human intervention.
To eliminate oxidation, the system deploys targeted Nitrogen Purging. Oxygen is displaced from the empty vial just before filling, and an inert nitrogen blanket covers the liquid surface immediately after the servo-driven pumps dispense the product with ≤ ±0.5% precision. This ensures the head-space remains oxygen-free before the final hermetic seal is applied.
