Built with specialized PTFE (Teflon) seals and an integrated dry-nitrogen purging manifold, it guarantees consistent, drip-free dosing for industrial adhesives while completely preventing premature in-bottle curing.

The Cause: Glue Stringing, Solvent Corrosion, and Moisture Curing

Packaging aggressive adhesives introduces severe mechanical friction that destroys standard liquid fillers:

  1. The "Stringing" Effect: High-viscosity glues and epoxies naturally form elastic strings at the end of a pump stroke. If this string drips onto the vial threads, it permanently glues the cap to the bottle crookedly, destroying the airtight seal and causing massive leakage during transport.
