Delivering robust production outputs from 12,000 to 30,000 Ampoules Per Hour (BPH), this unified platform flawlessly synchronizes ultrasonic washing, dry-heat depyrogenation, micro-dosing, and precise open-flame sealing. Enclosed entirely within a Class 100 (ISO 5) Laminar Airflow environment, it protects the molecular integrity of heat-labile and oxygen-sensitive formulations while ensuring an uncompromising dosing precision of ≤ ±0.5%.

The Cause: Oxidative Degradation and Fluid Carbonization

Processing active Vitamin C and concentrated biological extracts into narrow glass ampoules introduces severe operational friction points:

  1. Rapid Oxidative Browning: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is notoriously unstable. If standard atmospheric oxygen is trapped inside the ampoule's headspace during sealing, the liquid rapidly oxidizes, turning brown and completely losing its bioactive efficacy before reaching the consumer.

To eliminate fluid carbonization, the filling station utilizes Servo-Driven Diving Nozzles with Mechanical Vacuum Suck-Back.
