The Cause: Seal Failure and Glass Breakage at High Speeds

Achieving perfect seal integrity at 300 BPM presents significant mechanical challenges. Traditional capping machines utilize rigid mechanical clutches that apply inconsistent torque. This either results in loose caps that compromise the sterility of oxygen-sensitive Healthcare solutions, or excessive downward pressure that fractures the glass bottlenecks, causing catastrophic line stoppages and product loss.
