Configurable with 4 to 12 synchronized filling nozzles, this system delivers a steady production output of 20 to 80 Bottles Per Minute (BPM). By integrating specialized anti-corrosive fluid pathways with optional heavy-industrial explosion-proof safety systems, the LYGZX guarantees long-term operational stability, uncompromising operator safety, and precise volumetric dosing without foaming or dripping.

The Cause: Chemical Corrosion, Flammable Vapors, and High-Volume Foaming

Utilizing standard beverage or cosmetic fillers for active disinfectants introduces catastrophic facility risks and severe mechanical failures:

  1. Aggressive Chemical Corrosion: Chlorine-based disinfectants (like sodium hypochlorite) and high-concentration hydrogen peroxide rapidly eat through standard 304 stainless steel and regular rubber seals. This causes rust contamination in the product and destroys the machine's internal pumps within months.

  2. Flammable Alcohol Vapors: Medical hand sanitizers and 75% ethanol surface disinfectants generate highly volatile, flammable vapors during high-speed 1000ml filling. Standard electrical cabinets and non-isolated motors present a critical ignition risk, violating severe occupational safety and fire codes.
