With the rapid development of Thailand’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, demand for high-efficiency and GMP-compliant production has grown steadily. To meet increasing market needs and ensure product consistency, a Thai pharmaceutical company adopted our 30–500ml oral liquid filling production line, designed for syrup and oral liquid applications.

The line operates at 380V with a speed of 40–60 bottles per minute, integrating bottle unscrambling, servo-driven filling, capping, and aluminum foil sealing in one continuous process. The servo dosing system ensures high precision (±1%), while drip-proof nozzles keep bottles clean. The torque-monitored capping system guarantees secure sealing without deformation, and temperature-pressure feedback sealing ensures a flat and firm aluminum foil finish.

After installation, the client reported that production efficiency had doubled, labor requirements were reduced by two-thirds, and product qualification rates remained above 99%.
