As Algeria’s pharmaceutical sector continues to grow, demand for high-quality sterile filling equipment for small-volume liquids such as eye drops and nasal sprays has increased significantly. To support this trend, our company supplied a 5–20ml eye drop filling, plugging, and capping monoblock system, operating at 380V, with an output of 25–50 bottles per minute. The line includes a solution preparation tank, Class 100 Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system, air velocity meter, and particle counter to maintain a controlled cleanroom environment.

This compact, integrated machine combines filling, rubber stoppering, and capping into one streamlined process, making it ideal for GMP cleanroom installations. The servo-driven piston filling system provides ±1% volumetric accuracy, while the robotic stoppering arm ensures precise stopper positioning. The torque-monitored capping module guarantees tight, consistent seals without damaging caps.

For aseptic control, the system’s Class 100 LAF continuously delivers filtered air to maintain a sterile zone, while real-time airflow and particle monitoring provides continuous environmental validation. All contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, ensuring compliance with GMP and EU pharmacopeia standards.

During performance validation at the client’s Algiers facility, the equipment demonstrated stable operation and consistent product quality. The customer commented:
