The machine operates at 380V with an output of 25–50 bottles per minute, integrating filling, stoppering, and cappingin a compact design. It comes equipped with a solution preparation tank, Class 100 LAF system, air velocity meter, and particle counter for continuous environmental monitoring.

The servo-driven piston filling system ensures ±1% accuracy and drip-free operation. The robotic stoppering and torque-monitored capping systems guarantee tight seals without damage. The LAF airflow system provides ISO Class 5 conditions throughout the operation zone, ensuring aseptic production.
