Enhancing Injectable Production Efficiency and Sterility in Pakistan

Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry is undergoing a rapid shift from manual and semi-automatic production to full GMP-compliant automation. To meet the rising demand for sterile injectable manufacturing, our company delivered a 1–10ml ampoule washing, sterilizing, filling, and sealing line to a leading local pharmaceutical enterprise, with a production capacity of 20,000–26,000 ampoules per hour.

The production line consists of a washing unit, tunnel sterilizing oven, and filling-sealing machine, operating under 380V industrial voltage for long-term stability. Equipped with a Class 100 Laminar Airflow (LAF) unit, air velocity meter, particle counter, and vision inspection system, the entire process ensures aseptic conditions and real-time environmental monitoring.

The servo-driven filling system and drip-free nozzles guarantee high accuracy with less than ±1% deviation, while the precision-controlled flame sealing mechanism prevents deformation and breakage of ampoules. With synchronized transfer and automatic linkage, the system significantly reduces manual handling and cross-contamination risks.

During test production, the client praised the line’s smooth operation and high output consistency:
