Driven by increasing production volumes and stricter export requirements, Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry has shown a growing demand for high-speed, hygienic, and standardized packaging systems. To address this, our company supplied a 1–10ml ampoule blister packaging line with a capacity of 4,000–5,000 boxes per hour, operating at 380V.

This fully automated packaging line integrates blister forming, ampoule loading, heat sealing, batch coding, and cartoning into one continuous process. From ampoule feeding to carton discharge, the system requires minimal manual intervention, achieving consistent packaging quality and high efficiency.

Equipped with a servo-driven motion system and intelligent temperature control module, the machine guarantees precise synchronization between forming and sealing operations. The sealing pressure is stable, ensuring superior airtightness that prevents moisture and contamination.

The modular design enables quick mold changes for different ampoule sizes and packaging formats. Its user-friendly touchscreen control panel supports multi-language interfaces and real-time production monitoring, while the SUS304 stainless steel frame ensures full compliance with GMP and CE standards.

After installation, the client reported:
