latest company case about Full Automation and Intelligent Monitoring — Supporting Thailand’s Injectable Manufacturing Modernization

Thailand’s pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is rapidly expanding, driven by government incentives and growing export markets. To meet GMP and international certification standards, leading drug manufacturers are upgrading to fully automated vial filling lines that deliver both efficiency and sterility.

Our company recently supplied a 2–30ml vial washing, sterilizing, filling, stoppering, and capping line to a major pharmaceutical producer in Thailand. The system achieves a throughput of 6,000–18,000 vials per hour and operates at 380V, integrating all key stages from vial cleaning to final sealing.

The line includes a ultrasonic washing unit, tunnel sterilizing oven, aseptic filling and stoppering station, and aluminum capping module, forming a complete, continuous sterile production process. Equipped with a Class 100 Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system, air velocity and particle monitoring devices, and a vision inspection unit, the system ensures continuous control of the cleanroom environment.

The LAF unit maintains stable unidirectional airflow to keep the filling zone under ISO Class 5 conditions, while the vision system automatically detects broken bottles, incorrect fill volumes, and cap misalignments, removing defective products in real time.

The servo-driven piston filling mechanism offers ±0.5% accuracy and automatically adjusts speed according to vial size. The sterilizing tunnel combines high-temperature depyrogenation and laminar protection, minimizing contamination risk. Centralized PLC control with a touchscreen HMI enables full data recording and production traceability.

Following validation, the client stated:

“This vial filling line exceeded our expectations. The vision inspection improved yield significantly, and the system helped us pass GMP certification smoothly.”

Now in continuous operation, the facility has reached stable output and plans to expand capacity with an additional line in 2026. This project highlights our strength in delivering integrated vial filling line solutions and reinforces our leadership in sterile automation technology across Southeast Asia’s pharmaceutical market.
