Efficiency and Stability Combined — Oral Liquid Syrup Filling Line Boosts Production in Bangladesh

With the rapid growth of Bangladesh’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, local manufacturers are placing increasing emphasis on automation, hygiene, and production efficiency. To meet the growing demand for oral liquid and syrup products, many factories are now upgrading from semi-automatic equipment to fully automated filling and packaging lines.
Recently, our company successfully exported a complete oral liquid syrup filling line to a leading pharmaceutical factory in Bangladesh. The production line achieves a filling speed of 60 bottles per minute and is compatible with 30–500 ml plastic bottles, making it highly flexible for a wide range of syrup and health supplement products.
During installation and commissioning, the customer was highly satisfied with the equipment’s precision and reliability. The line is equipped with a servo-driven volumetric dosing system and drip-proof filling nozzles, ensuring accurate syrup filling and a clean bottle finish. Compared with their previous semi-automatic machines, the client reported nearly double the production efficiency while minimizing raw-material waste.
The system design also takes into account the local operating environment and user preferences in Bangladesh. The main structure is built with SUS 304 stainless steel, fully meeting GMP hygiene requirements. All liquid-contact parts can be quickly disassembled for cleaning, enabling convenient product changeovers between different syrup or oral liquid formulations.
After several weeks of continuous operation, the client shared their feedback:

Currently, the production line runs smoothly at the customer’s site, with an expected annual output exceeding 30 million bottles.
