The system achieves a capacity of 40–60 bottles per minute at 380V, designed for high-speed, multi-size plastic bottle filling with superior precision.

The fully automated line integrates bottle unscrambling, servo-driven filling, capping, and aluminum foil sealing into a continuous process. The servo dosing system and drip-proof filling nozzles ensure accurate filling (±1%) and a clean bottle finish. The capping station features torque monitoring, providing consistent sealing without damaging caps, while the heat-sealing module uses intelligent temperature control to achieve tight, uniform seals that prevent oxidation or moisture intrusion.

All liquid-contact components are made of SUS304 stainless steel and meet GMP hygiene standards. The line is equipped with CIP (Clean-in-Place) functionality and an automatic alarm system to monitor liquid levels, temperature, and pressure in real time, ensuring cleanliness and operational stability.
