Client & Application Scenario

Our client for this project is a local Indonesian pharmaceutical enterprise in a phase of rapid expansion. To cope with their growing domestic market share, the client urgently needed to comprehensively upgrade their existing liquid packaging workshop. Their core application scenario involved the continuous production of formulations in PET bottles ranging from 100ml to 500ml. The production line was required to possess strong multi-specification physical compatibility, meet strict GMP sanitary standards, and handle frequent changeovers for different sizes.

Our Solution

Addressing the client's stringent requirements for a "wide capacity span + high-speed stability," we customized and delivered a fully automatic turnkey liquid medicine filling and packaging compact line. This system abandons traditional stainless steel pumps and innovatively adopts servo-driven ceramic piston pump technology. The ceramic pump body features exceptionally high wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties, along with an extremely high surface finish, physically preventing liquid residue and cross-contamination.

The rigid mechatronic transmission thoroughly eliminates dripping hazards during high-speed runs, ensuring the absolute synchronization and smoothness of the bottle sorting, filling, and sealing processes.
