Achieving extreme high-speed outputs of up to 40,000 Ampoules Per Hour (for 1-2ml formats), this unified platform flawlessly executes ultrasonic washing, 300°C dry-heat depyrogenation, micro-dosing, and open-flame sealing. Enclosed entirely within a Class 100 (ISO 5) Laminar Airflow environment, it protects the bioactivity of premium anti-aging formulations while delivering an uncompromising dosing precision of ≤ ±0.5%.

The "Black Spot" Carbonization Crisis: Hydrolyzed collagen and hyaluronic acid are highly viscous and prone to "wire-drawing" (stringing). If a standard nozzle leaves a micro-drop of serum on the inner neck of the ampoule, the subsequent 1000°C open-flame sealing station will instantly burn the protein. Oxidative Degradation: Premium bio-active collagen degrades and loses its structural viscosity rapidly when exposed to ambient oxygen. If standard atmospheric air is trapped inside the ampoule during sealing, the anti-aging efficacy of the product is severely compromised.
Thermal Shock and Breakage: Transferring delicate glass ampoules between disparate washers, ovens, and fillers causes micro-fractures, leading to catastrophic glass breakage at high production velocities.

To completely eliminate protein carbonization, the filling station is equipped with Servo-Driven Diving Nozzles with Mechanical Vacuum Suck-Back. The nozzles descend to the very bottom of the ampoule during the fill and rise in perfect synchronization with the liquid level. At the precise millisecond the fill completes, the vacuum instantly snaps the liquid column, ensuring zero dripping or wire-drawing on the ampoule neck, guaranteeing pristine, crystal-clear flame seals.
To protect formulation bioactivity, the system features a Pre- and Post-Fill Nitrogen Blanketing Module. High-purity nitrogen purges the ampoule immediately prior to filling and right before the highly controlled gas/oxygen flame draws and seals the glass tip. The entire 10-meter line—from ultrasonic washing to final sealing—is mechanically synchronized by a centralized PLC, achieving a remarkably low breakage rate of ≤ 1.0% across the entire operation.
